Working with various dance elements will tighten your body and improve your condition. It is your time to dance yourself fit during your vacation as well.

ZUMBA® Fitness

In ZUMBA®(cardio) workouts you can expect exotic sounds to powerful Latin rhythms and international beats. Before the participants realise it they will dance themselves fit. The start is very easy, the training is different and extremly effective. Anybody may participate.

ZUMBA® Toning

ZUMBA® Toning is a specific workout with figure-forming exercises and endurance training with ZUMBA® movements in the Latin style paired with a calorie-burning, strengthening dance fitness workout. ZUMBA® Toning is the perfect opportunity to train the body naturally and have fun at the same time.


Aqua ZUMBA® combines the formula and philosophy of ZUMBA® with traditional water gymnastics and offers a secure and challenging water workout, which will train the endurance, shape the body and is still a lot of fun.

ZUMBA® Sentao

The ZUMBA®Sentao format combines the enthusiasm of a ZUMBA® fitness party with an explosive, chair-based choreography to strenghten, balanace and stabilise the body centre with intensifying the condition simultaneously.


For ZUMBA® Step fans who would like to burn calories with this fun and effective workout for the lower body. It combines all the figure-forming and strengthening step exercises with a ZUMBA® fitness party.

Tae Bo

Tae Bo is a sporting activity which combines elements out of Asian martial arts such as karate, taekwondo or kick boxing with aerobics and is usually practised to fast music. Tae Bo is the perfect compensation to the everyday hustle. The combination of punches and kicks together with strength and body-control to music is suitable for everyone. A real power class.

Hip Hop

Hip Hop is probably one of the latest dance styles. Hip Hop lives from the feeling not from the technique and can be learned from anyone, who is willing to let the groove do its job - there are no boundaries, since it is a mixture of various dance types.


A mixture of Jamaican basic dancehall moves such as wining waves and booty shaking, Afro and hip hop elements makes this dance style so unique. Everyone will be enthused by the sound of reggae and ragga. You will find this class stimulating and exciting.


Bachata originated from various influences of Latin-American music and is a mixture of guitar sounds, bongos and many other instruments.

Salsa Cubana

Salsa is a cheerful Latin-American  dance- style, which includes romantic elements. This dance can be danced in couples, but also in groups.
